Giant Eagle Deals for November 17th-23rd

Lady Savings is our coupon expert for Giant Eagle, it is my favorite store to use for coupons. Here are this weeks deals. For those of you who might be new to couponing, Giant Eagles biggest perk is that they double coupons up to .99 (99¢/1 Coupon = $1.98/1) You don't see many .99cent coupons but plenty of .75cent ones which double to $1.50!!!

For those of you who do not know about shelf price, basically if you have to reach $10 for the $3 Catalina to print, many times it will print when you reach $10 going off of the original prices of the items which makes for a much better deal:) However, Shelf price isn't guaranteed and it doesn't always work - usually someone will comment and confirm that it is working each time!
